About the Opportunity
Do you thrive on quickly building great client relationships?
Based in Sydney, our client is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their successful sales team. Their operations are nationwide but you will be focussing on the NSW and Victoria market.
They offer a range of solutions that solve environmental issues for various industries including construction, mining and manufacturing. The client base is comprised of resellers rather than end users of their products.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will build on established relationships to generate new sales opportunities with existing and new clients. Although you will be based from the factory in Pendle Hill, this role has a face to face focus and you will spend at least 60% of your time on the road meeting customers.
- Arrange and attend sales meeting with customers
- Develop and implement a customer engagement program for your region
- Identify potential new sales opportunities
- Process sales administration
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
- Provide sales reporting as required
The remuneration package includes a generous base salary, car allowance and uncapped commissions.
You are an experienced B2B sales professional who has sales and account management experience in a reseller market, preferably in construction, mining, manufacturing, safety products or similar. The ability to communicate effectively and build relationships in these sectors is essential.
You are motivated by achieving sales and are most successful in a target driven role.
An unrestricted drivers licence and a willingness to travel for work are essential.
